JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Senior Strategist with 5+ years of creative strategy within a packaging/brand design agency environment to join our London team. This is a contract role with the potential to go permanent. Full-time (40 hours per week) ideally, with 3 days per week in the London office.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a confident, inquisitive and culturally switched-on thinker. You know how to interrogate a brief, shape a brand story and hold the strategic thread from pitch to delivery.  You combine analytical sharpness with creative empathy;  just as comfortable framing a brand positioning as you are inspiring an idea. You will craft inspiring narratives that get designers excited and make clients believe in new possibilities. Using brand positioning and tone of voice workstreams, you will bridge the gap between brand and business outcomes whilst acting as a confident, adaptable voice in client conversations. Outside the main scope of work, you will act as a champion for our junior strategists and keep a sharp eye on scope and spotting both the "upstream" and "downstream" opportunities that add long-term value to our partnerships.

TUNBRIDGE WELLS Studio Coordinator (maternity leave cover, part-time)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

This is a 12-month maternity cover role for approximately 24 hours per week, based in our Tunbridge Wells studio. We’re ideally looking for studio presence on Wednesdays and Fridays, as these are key coordination days, with a preference for 9am to 6pm on those days. That said, we’re open to discussing flexible options and welcome applications from people returning to work or looking for part-time roles that fit around other commitments within our office hours of 9am to 6pm.

You’re reliable, thoughtful and calm in a busy environment. You like bringing order to complexity and take pride in being someone others can depend on. You care about people having clear information and the right support to do good work, and you’re comfortable asking questions and flagging issues early.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our studio managers are the heartbeat of our busy creative studios. You do not need to be a designer, nor know the industry inside out. Instead, you will rely on common sense andtop-tier organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly in a fast-moving environment. You will own the daily puzzle of schedules, trackers, and bookings. You will stay one step ahead of shifting plans to ensure the team always has the latest information. From welcoming new starters and freelancers to spotting clashing bookings before they become headaches, you’ll be the go-to person who knows exactly when to jump in and help. Working closely with our Global Studio Manager, you’ll learn the ropes of high-level resource planning and priority balancing, all while creating the perfect conditions for our creative team to do their best work.
